Ingredients One per line	1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup milk 1/3 cup shortening 1 egg 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla <b> Whipping Cream Topping </b> 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions One per line	Preheat oven to 375º. Grease and lightly flour a 9x9x2 inch baking pan. In a small mixer bowl combine all ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Beat with electric mixer till combined. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Turn into pan. Bake in a 375º oven 25 to 30 minutes or till done. Cool. - <b> Whipping Cream Topping </b> Combine in bowl.
