Ingredients
One per line
2 lbs stew meat well trimmed and cut in bite size pieces 1/2 cup flour or quick cooking tapioca 1 onion chopped 5 carrots in one inch pieces or almost 2 cups baby carrots 3 potatoes peeled and cut up 3 stalks celery sliced thick 1 can beef broth 1 can tomato soup 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/4 t garlic 2 t salt 1/4 t pepper Bay leaf optional 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup frozen corn
Directions
One per line
Put meat in crock pot and cover with flour or tapioca. Stir until the meat is well coated. Add all the rest of ingredients except the peas and corn. Cook on low for 10-12 hours or High for 5-6 hours. In Shelly's crock pot it took 9 hours on low. About ten minutes before serving, add the peas and corn. I do not have enough space in my crock pot to double the recipe. If I double it I need to use both my large crock pot and my small one.
