1/2 banana 1 (5.3 oz) container flavored greek yogurt 1 C mixed frozen berries 2 C Wawona Festival Blend Frozen Fruit (this is at Costco- it has papaya, peaches, mangos, pineapple, etc) 1 1/2 C 100% grape juice 1 orange, peeled 1 large handful spinach
Directions
One per line
Put juice in first, followed by all other ingredients. Blend, and serve. I prefer to leave it a little chunky, so I don't blend it all the way. I've made tons of different flavors, but this is a basic recipe you can really change a lot, depending on which fruit you prefer. Our kids love these smoothies.
