2 heads romaine lettuce 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed or shredded (I used canned chicken) 3 celery stalks chopped 3 green onions chopped 1/2 c cilantro 1 red pepper 1/4 peanuts, if desired 1 cucumber, sliced 1 apple, chopped edamame shredded carrots Dressing 2/3 C rice vinegar 1 C canola oil 2 Tbs sesame oil 4 cloves garlic, pressed or very finely minced 2 Tbs soy sauce 1/2 C sugar 4 Tbs sesame seeds

For dressing, put all ingredients in blender, blend well. Chop up all vegetables, and put dressing on as desired.
