1 white cake mix 2/3 cup water 1 Tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 egg whites 2-3 mashed bananas (the riper the better) Frosting ingredients: 3 oz cream cheese 1 cube butter 3-4 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Just enough canned milk to reach frosting consistency Beat well.

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix everything but the bananas. When well mixed, add the bananas. Grease and flour two round cake pans. Pour into cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cake cool. Make frosting. I usually put Cool Whip between the layers with slices of fresh bananas but you can just use the frosting if desired. Frost the top and sides of the cake with the frosting. Cake actually tastes better if it has a day to sit in the fridge.
