Ingredients
One per line
4 c. sugar 1 c. butter, room temperature 12 oz can evaporated milk 4 c. small marshmallows 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 3 large (not King sized, just regular sized) milk chocolate Hershey's bars, chopped into small peices 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
One per line
Put 2 c. marshmallows in a bag, and put in freezer. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, chocolate chips, and chopped Hershey's chocolate bars, set aside. In a large pasta pot, melt sugar, milk, and 2 c. marshmallows over medium heat. Stir, bring to boil for 6 minutes. Mixture will become very fluffy and enlarge quite a bit, this is why you need to use a large pasta pot so the mixture doesn't over flow. Continue to boil for 6 minutes, and stir. Dump hot mixture into large mixing bowl with the butter, chocolate chips, and Hershey's chocolate bars. Mix together and let all chocolate melt. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Once chocolate chips are all melted, add chopped nuts. At end, put 2 c. frozen marshmallows in large mixing bowl and stir. Don't stir too much, as you want the marshmallows to keep their shape in the fudge, and not get melted into the mixture. Line a 9x13 glass pan with parchment paper. Pour fudge mixture into pan. Let cool completely. When cooled, lift parchment paper out, and then cut into small squares.
