Ingredients
One per line
3/4 cup flour 1 cup white sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup melted butter 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans 2-3 handfuls of mini marshmallows For frosting: 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup evaporated milk 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
One per line
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a 9 inch spring form pan (best) or cake or pie tin. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in the pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake on middle shelf for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. While the brownies are cooking, make the frosting and have the marshmallows out and ready to go. Immediately drop the marshmallows on top and return to oven for the marshmallows to melt but not brown.(Watch carefully, it doesn't take long.) Remove from oven and carefully spread the frosting. (You almost have to drop little puddles of frosting over the brownie mixture. Frosting: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Beat until smooth and thick. Drop in little puddles over the brownies and carefully spread. Let cool completely. Cut into wedges.
