1/2 coarsely shredded green cabbage 2-3 apples, diced in bite sized chunks 1/4 yellow onion, diced thinly handful of raisins or craisins 1/2 c mayo (or 1/4 c mayo, 1/4 c plain greek yogurt) 1/4 c honey 2-3 T apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp black pepper small handful of coarsely chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, and sunflower seeds work well) For making a large bowl, double everything.

Mix all ingredients together. Taste, and adjust the mayo, honey, and vinegar to taste. Serve cold.
