Ingredients
One per line
Bag of frozen meatballs. 1 jar marinara or spaghetti sauce. I used Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded 1 cup Italian blend cheese shredded (I just used some Monterey Jack/Cheddar that I had) 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 loaf fresh Italian bread, sliced. I used the Italian Pugliese Bread from Costco.
Directions
One per line
Preheat oven to 400°. Place the number of meatballs you want in a pot with the sauce and cook over medium heat until warmed completely through. (About 10 minutes) Stir as needed. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Line the pan all around with slices of the bread keeping the meatballs in the middle. You can get more pieces in by standing the bread on end right next to each other. I buttered my first with a garlic butter spread but you can leave it plain if you want. Layer the three cheeses on top of the meatballs. Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
