Ingredients
One per line
1 Large box cherry or raspberry jello 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups boiling water 3 Red apples grated with skins on 1/2 orange grated with peel on 1 cup cranberries grated 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained 1 Cup cold water Optional: Whipping Cream
Directions
One per line
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Make sure it is completely dissolved. Wash the apples, quarter them, cut out the seeds and core, then grate all of it, I put them in the food processor. Wash the orange, cut it in quarters, take the peel off of two of the quarters, and grate everything left, I put it in the food processor. I know it calls for just half an orange but I usually use the whole orange but just half with the peel. Put 1 cup cranberries in food processor. In a large bowl, combine all fruit. Add jello and sugar mixture to fruit mixture. Add cold water, or you can use some of the pineapple juice and mix well. Put in a 9x13 pan and cover with lid or saran wrap, and set in refrigerator for several hours. Optional: (But strongly suggested) Serve with whipping cream.
