Ingredients One per line	3/4 c. soft butter 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp. almond extract Frosting ingredients: 8 oz. Cream cheese (softened) 1/3 c. Sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla blueberries, mandarin oranges, strawberries, kiwi, etc.
Directions One per line	Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add flour, salt, baking powder and almond extract . Let chill until dough is firm. Roll the dough about 1/2 thick, cut into round circles. I rolled out dough in large log, and then cut 1/2 inch slices with a sharp knife. This saved tons of time and made clean up very fast! Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake! For frosting, cream all ingredients together. Spread frosting over cooled cookies. Top with blueberries, mandarin oranges, strawberries, kiwi, etc.
