1 large container of baby spinach • 1 cup of dried cranberries • 1 and 1/2 cups of feta • 1 cup of chopped candied pecans • 1 Granny Smith Apple • 1 honey crisp or pink lady Apple Dressing 1 cup of Apple cider vinegar • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil • 1/2 cup of honey • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard

Salad Assembly Instructions: Lay baby lettuce in bowl. Slice apples in ⅛†steaks, then cut in half, and lastly cut across the halved slice of Apple to make sliver of apples that have the color on one end. Squeeze lemon juice over Apple slivers and toss lightly. Place Apple slices on top of spinach. Chop candied pecans and sprinkle across Apple slivers. Evenly sprinkle dried cranberries. Lastly, sprinkle crumbled feta evenly across the top of salad. Dressing instructions: Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until everything is mixed evenly into a light beige/yellow color (be sure there is no oil separation).
