For Sauce: 1/4 cup cold water pinch garlic powder pinch onion powder pinch basil pinch of pepper pinch oregano 1/4 tsp salt 1 can tomato sauce or puree For Dough 1 T vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup plus 2 T lukewarm water(Use only 1/2 cup at first) 1 pkg dry yeast 1 tsp sugar 2 cups flour

For Sauce: Mix all ingredients. For dough: Sift flour, salt, and sugar together into bowl. Soften yeast in 1/2 c warm water for ten minutes. Make a well in center of flour. Add sofened yeast and oil. Work in with fingers gradually adding remaining water. Work together til well blended, Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in large bowl, Brush with oil. Cover and let stand in warm place. When dough is ready, roll out two pizzas. Spread with sauce, Spribkle nixture of mozerella and cheddar cheese. Use whatever toppings you love. Bake at 600 degrees until done.
