1 Tbsp oil 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 zucchini, chopped 1 C chili beans in sauce (15 oz can) 1/2 C Salsa 4 oz tortilla chips 1 1/2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 can sliced olives
Directions

Cook vegetables in oil about 2 min. Stir in beans and salsa. Cook until hot and remove from skillet. Wipe skillet clean. Add chips to skillet in single layer. Spoon veggie mix on chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with olives.
