4 and 2/3 c. half and half 1 egg 1/4 t. salt 1 c. white sugar 3/4 c. cocoa powder 1 t. vanilla

Mix together and freeze. I'll add chunky peanut butter to taste, or to make a German Chocolate icecream, I'll add toasted chopped pecans and flaked coconut to taste, sometimes drizzling caramel on top. You can add anything you like to this recipe.
