5 large riipe bananas 4 eggs 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 3 cups flour 1 cup cocoa 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup semisweet Chocolate chips 1/2 c mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350° Beat Bananas until liquid Beat the eggs until they are a light yellow color and then add them to the bananas Mix the butter and sugar for about 4 minutes and then gradually add the banana mixture to the butter mixture Put in flour, cocoa, oda and alt in separate bowl Drop 1/2 cup of flour mixture and then 2 T of buttermilk Continue alternating flour mixture and buttermilk until it is all mixed in. Fold in 1 up semisweet Chocolate Chips Place batter in 2 greased or parchment lined loaf pans Bake for 60 minutes Place tin foil loosely over the top if the bread is browning too fast. When you take the bread out of the oven, sprinkle on the mini chocolate chips Place on coolng rack for 10 minutes before taking the bread out of the pans.
