Remove skin from avocados Squeeze lemon juice all over avocados to prevent browning In large bowl, combine chicken, tomatioes, red onion, oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well Spoon mixture into avocados. Drizzle with balsmaic glaze Garnish with basil
