6 c warm water 3 T Yeast 1 c honey 2 c white flour 2 c oat flour (Just blends oats in blender and measure after) 1/3 c vital wheat gluten 10 T melted butter 1 3/4 T salt 10-12 c wheat flour
Directions

Put water in mixer. Sprinkle with yeast. Add honey and mix. Add the white flour, Wheat gluten and half the wheat flour. Keep adding the remaining flour. Knead the dough for about ten minutes. Transfer dough to a greased bowl. Mist top with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for at least an hour or til doubled in size. Punch down and divided into four loaves. Drop into greased bread pans. Let rise until they are about an inch above the rim, Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Brush with butter immediately after removing from oven.
