1.5 c brown rice, jasmine, or batsami rice 4 T butter (optional) 1 T chicken broth concentrate or powder (optional) 3 c water

Add all ingredients to rice cooker and stir. Cook for 2 hours. yields about 5 c cooked rice For larger recipe: 3 c uncooked rice, 5 c water, 8 T butter (optional), 2 T chicken broth powder (optional)
