1/2 c oats 3/4 c milk (can be almond) 1/2 c blueberries dash of salt sprinkle of cinnamon 1 tsp maple syrup

Mix together in tupperware, cover with lid. Place in fridge overnight. In morning, mix again, heat in microwave until warm. Top with chopped apples, bananas, crunchy granola, honey, etc.
