1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped 1/2 head red lettuce, chopped (you can substitute iceberg or any other, as well.) about 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed or shredded a handful (about 5-6) green onions, chopped 1/4-1/2 package wontons, fried whole, and then crushed in a ziploc bag (You can find these in the veggie section, usually by the dips and fresh salsa's or by the bags of spinach or fresh green peas. Ask your grocer if you can't find them.) -Dressing- 1/4 white or yellow onion 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder 1/3 cup rice vinegar 2-3 TBSP sesame oil 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2-3 tsp. poppy seeds Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth

Get about an inch of oil in a pan and heat on med-high heat. If you have a cooking thermometer, the temp is about 365 degrees Farenheit. Cook in hot oil for a minute and then flip over. Remove and drain excess oil. Or use a fryer.) Put the salad greens, onions, and chicken in a bowl. Blend dressing. Right before serving, put wontons and dressing on the salad, and toss. Notes: Serves about 5-6 people.
