Ingredients
One per line
5 oz (1/2 cup heaping) pumpkin 1 egg 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 1/4 cup sifted flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1/8 tsp ground ginger
Directions
One per line
Combine first five ingredients together. Separately combine the rest of the ingredients in another bowl. Slowly mix the flour mixture into the first mixture until all combined. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Notes: 10 oz. pumpkin is one heaping cup. I never sift flour but I would next time I make this so there aren't white clumps in the finished bread. Can add nuts, raisins, cranberries or chocolate chips.
