Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans
  • 12 oz. cool whip split in half
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (Soften before using)
  • 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk
Directions:
  1. 1st Layer.
  2. Mix together the first three ingredients like pie crust. Press into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 18 Minutes @ 350°.
  3. 2nd Layer.
  4. Half of the cool whip mixed with powdered sugar and cream cheese. Beat together and spread over cooled crust.
  5. 3rd Layer.
  6. Mix the pudding with the 3 cups of milk. Spread over creamed mixture.
  7. 4th Layer.
  8. Top with remaining cool whip. Chill well.
