No Fail Pie Crust Edit    Tags: Pies

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 8 Tablespoons ice water
Directions:
  1. Mix with fork until stiff.
  2. Knead with hands 3-4 times.
  3. Divide into 2 balls.
  4. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper.
  5. Place in 9 inch pie plates. One crust 450° for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Whole two crust pie 425° for 45-50 minutes.
