Easy sweet and sour chicken Edit Tags: Main Dishes

Ingredients:- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 (20 oz) can unsweetened pineapple chunks or crushed pineapple, including juice
- ¼ C soy sauce
- 3 oz tomato paste
- â…“ C sugar
- 4 C thawed frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 4 C cooked rice
Directions:

Lightly spray a large saucepan with cooking spray.

Cook chicken and garlic over medium-high heat until browned, 5 minutes.

Add pineapple, soy sauce, tomato paste, and sugar; mix well to combine.

Add stir-fry vegetables; mix well.

Cook until vegetables are heated through.

Serve over cooked rice.

This recipe is very fast and easy, no chopping.
