Moon's Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies Edit    Tags: Desserts

Ingredients:
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 â…“ c butter
  • 3 c sugar
  • 8 T water (or ½ c water)
  • 4 12 oz. chocolate or mint chips (8 cups)
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c nuts (optional)
Directions:
  1. In small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
  2. In saucepan combine butter, sugar and water.
  3. Bring just to boil.
  4. Remove.
  5. Add 4 c chips and vanilla.
  6. Stir till melted and smooth.
  7. Transfer to large bowl.
  8. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each.
  9. Gradually, blend in flour mixture.
  10. Stir in remaining 4 c chips (and nuts).
  11. Spread in greased double size pan.
  12. Bake at 350° for 50-60 min.
  13. Do not use one 9x13 and 1 square pan because it will over flow!
  14. If you do not have a double size pan try using 2 (9x13) pans.
