Ingredients:- 2 cups sugar
- 1 ¾ cup flour
- ¾ cup cocoa
- 1 ½ t baking powder
- 1 ½ t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions:

Mix the dry ingredients.

Add the liquids and mix.

Cook in a 9x13 pan for 35-40 minutes at 350°(in Shelly's oven it takes 40 min), or 2 8 inch rounds for 30-33 minutes, or 2 9 inch rounds for about 30 minutes, or 3 6 inch pans for 31 min.

For cupcakes- fill â…” full.

Use one large cookie scoop to fill.

Bake 20-25 min.

Yields 32 cupcakes.

Frost with the frosting below after cooling.

Chocolate frosting

½ cup butter

â…” cup cocoa

4 cups powdered sugar

½ cup evaporated milk

1 t vanilla

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Add pd sugar and milk alternately, beating til spreading sonsistency. Add vanilla. Can add more milk if necessary.
