Ingredients:- 1 medium pineapple
- 1 egg
- 5 T sugar
- 1 heaping t flour
- 2 T lemon juice
- dash salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 T butter
- ½ pint cream (whipped)
- 3 T chopped nuts if desired.
Directions:

Cut top â…“ off of pineapple and hollow out the top and bottom.

Cube all fruit for serving tray except 1 cup pineapple.

Crush the 1 cup pineapple in blender.

Combine crushed pineapple, egg, sugar, flour,lemon juice and salt.

Cook till thickened then stir in vanilla and butter.

Cool. Fold whipped cream into pineapple mixture. Place in pineapple shell and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
