Melt chocolate and butter. Whip egg whites and sugar to frothy state. After chocolate is melted, add flour to mixture and whip in thoroughly. Add egg white mixture to chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. Dust bottom of 9 inch round pan wih flour. Add cake mixture and bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven until a thin crust appears on the surface. Remove and cool completely.
To remove cake from pan, use a heated knife to free the edges and then quickly heat the bottom of the cake pan to free the cake. flip the cake out of the pan and then riht sie up on a plate. Frost cake with chocolate ganache. Refrigerate overnight.
