Baked Cranberry Pudding Edit    Tags: Desserts

Ingredients:
  • 1 quart peaches or pears- mashed or put in blender
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 3 cups raw cranberries (preferred and best) or 1 cup craisins
Directions:
  1. Mix and bake in greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Cook @ 350° for 45 minutes. It will end up like a super moist cake.
  3. Sauce
  4. ½ cup butter
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. ½ cup canned milk
  7. 1 t vanilla
  8. Cook until starts to boil and thickens slightly.
  9. Serve warm over warm cake.
