Ingredients:
  • 1-3 lbs. of Chicken tenderloins thawed
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 8 oz bottle Catalina Dressing
  • If you need more, add more chicken and double the sauce.
Directions:
  1. Mix cranberry sauce with the Catalina Dressing.
  2. Pour over thawed tenderloins.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 400° or 1 hour at 350°.
  5. Can be cooked slowly in the crockpot.
  6. Serve over rice.
