Ingredients:
  • ¾ pound good semi-sweet chocolate
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
Directions:
  1. Make sure chocolate is in chip size pieces
  2. Bring cream to full boil
  3. Pour immediately over the chocolate
  4. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve over cake, ice cream etc.
