Ingredients:
¾ pound good semi-sweet chocolate
¾ cup heavy cream
Directions:
Make sure chocolate is in chip size pieces
Bring cream to full boil
Pour immediately over the chocolate
Stir until melted and smooth.
Serve over cake, ice cream etc.
