Ingredients:- Mix of romaine and spinach leaves or just romaine
- I like to shred it so they're not big pieces
- feta cheese, crumbled
- crazins
- 1 apple chopped or 1 pear or you can leave either out
- sliced or chopped almonds
- There's no amounts to any of this - just put in the amounts that you like
- Dressing ingredients below
- ¼ c red onion chopped
- ½ c oil
- ½ c sugar
- ¼ c red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- ¾ tsp salt
Directions:

Put all in blender for a min or two.

It's a beautiful pink color and so yummy!

I put the salad together right before serving including the dressing.

This amount of dressing is usually enough for two salads - I've never used all of it on one.

The dressing will last a couple of weeks.
