Garlic pesto Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
2 T butter
½ cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
2 cans chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken cut in strips
2 garlic pesto tortillas
Directions:
Saute vegetables in butter for about five minutes.
Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
Add chicken.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
While simmering, cut tortillas into "noodle strips".
Add tortilla strips to soup.
Remove from heat.
Let sit for a few minutes for the tortilla strips to soak into the broth.
Stir and serve.
Just a note.
This really doesn't need any other seasonings if you use the garlic pesto tortillas! They add amazing flavor!
