Ingredients:
  • 6 -12 chicken breasts (use as many as you want) (I used 6 freezer big ones from Costco)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
  1. Put frozen chicken in Crock Pot, pour all ingredients on top.
  2. Cook on low for 8 -10 hours, I cooked mine for 8 hours and it turned out very moist.
  3. Stir and shred.
  4. Ready to serve.
  5. I divided mine into 1 lb. zip lock bags and put them in the freezer.
  6. Thaw from freezer.
  7. Great for casseroles, quesadillas, pizzas, burritos, pastas, soups, salads, etc.
