Crock Pot Shredded Chicken Edit Tags: Crock Pot, Main Dishes, Poultry, Quick & Easy, Salads, Soups

Ingredients:- 6 -12 chicken breasts (use as many as you want) (I used 6 freezer big ones from Costco)
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Put frozen chicken in Crock Pot, pour all ingredients on top.

Cook on low for 8 -10 hours, I cooked mine for 8 hours and it turned out very moist.

Stir and shred.

Ready to serve.

I divided mine into 1 lb. zip lock bags and put them in the freezer.

Thaw from freezer.

Great for casseroles, quesadillas, pizzas, burritos, pastas, soups, salads, etc.
