Ingredients:- 3 C warm water
- 1 T yeast
- ¼ C honey
- 1 ¼ T salt
- 5-6 C flour (I used 3 C white, 1 C wheat, 1 C bread flour, 1 C dough enhancer)
- the dough enhancer is used to help make the bread less crumbly so the consistency is better, it also improves the shelf life of the bread.
- Can substitute any type of flour if you do not have dough enhancer.
Directions:

Combine water, yeast, and honey, salt in mixer for 1 minute.

Add flour and mix 5-7 minutes in mixer until smooth.

Cover, let rise 30 minutes.

Divide into 2 greased large loaf pans.

Bake 350 for 45 minutes.

Delicious with honey!
