Ingredients:
  • 3 C warm water
  • 1 T yeast
  • ¼ C honey
  • 1 ¼ T salt
  • 5-6 C flour (I used 3 C white, 1 C wheat, 1 C bread flour, 1 C dough enhancer)
  • the dough enhancer is used to help make the bread less crumbly so the consistency is better, it also improves the shelf life of the bread.
  • Can substitute any type of flour if you do not have dough enhancer.
Directions:
  1. Combine water, yeast, and honey, salt in mixer for 1 minute.
  2. Add flour and mix 5-7 minutes in mixer until smooth.
  3. Cover, let rise 30 minutes.
  4. Divide into 2 greased large loaf pans.
  5. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Delicious with honey!
