Ingredients:
1 Devils Food or Chocolate Cake mix
Ingredients for mix (Eggs, water, oil)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch/caramel ice cream topping
12 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip or Real whipping cream)
4-6 Heath Bars
Directions:
Make cake according to directions on box and bake in a 9x13 pan.
Poke holes in hot cake with wooden spoon handle.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on cake.
Pour ice cream topping evenly over cake.
Sprinkle ½ chopped Heath bars over top.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Spread whipped topping on top.
Spread remaining chopped Heath bar over top.
