Ingredients:- 4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened baking chocolate squares
- ½ cup butter
- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:

Place chocolate and butter in saucepan, and melt.

Once all melted, add sugar, salt, and evaporated milk.

Mix with a wire whisk over medium heat until ingredients are well blended.

Mix constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.

Once it has come to a rolling boil, I usually let it boil for an extra 30 seconds to a minute, but not more than a minute.

Remove from heat and add the vanilla.

Serve over ice cream, and any of your favorite desserts!
