Ingredients:
  • 5 ¼ c white bread flour
  • ¼ c sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ T saf-instant yeast
  • 1 ½ T liquid lecithin
  • 2 c hot water
  • 5-6 T soft or melted butter
  • garlic powder
  • season salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese
Directions:
  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. With a Tablespoon measuring spoon, make 2 indentations in flour mixture.
  3. Fill 1 ½ indentations of liquid lecithin.
  4. (liquid lecithin is very sticky, this method helps a lot to not have it touch any measuring spoons or your hands)
  5. Add hot water, and mix for 1 minute.
  6. If dough is too dry, add more water.
  7. Dough should be sticky.
  8. Mix for 5 minutes.
  9. Spray counter with pam.
  10. Roll out into a square.
  11. Spread soft butter onto dough.
  12. Sprinkle with all 4 seasonings.
  13. Cut into 24 strips, and twist each one.
  14. Place on 2 greased cookie sheets.
  15. Cover with towel, and raise 25 minutes.
  16. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
