Ingredients:- 5 ¼ c white bread flour
- ¼ c sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ T saf-instant yeast
- 1 ½ T liquid lecithin
- 2 c hot water
- 5-6 T soft or melted butter
- garlic powder
- season salt
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Mix dry ingredients.

With a Tablespoon measuring spoon, make 2 indentations in flour mixture.

Fill 1 ½ indentations of liquid lecithin.

(liquid lecithin is very sticky, this method helps a lot to not have it touch any measuring spoons or your hands)

Add hot water, and mix for 1 minute.

If dough is too dry, add more water.

Dough should be sticky.

Mix for 5 minutes.

Spray counter with pam.

Roll out into a square.

Spread soft butter onto dough.

Sprinkle with all 4 seasonings.

Cut into 24 strips, and twist each one.

Place on 2 greased cookie sheets.

Cover with towel, and raise 25 minutes.

Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
