Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs red skinned potatoes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic with each one sliced into 3 pieces.
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ to 1 cup milk or cream (to taste)
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 10 slices bacon cooked and chopped or ½ cup bacon bits
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Toppings
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 2 slices bacon crumbled
  • ½ cheddar cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Wash postatoes
  3. Peel off â…” of the skin.
  4. Cut into chunks and cook covered with water along with the garlic.
  5. Boil for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  6. Drain potatoes & garlic.
  7. Mash potatoes & garlic.
  8. Add remeaining ingredients except the toppings.
  9. Mash to desired consistency.
  10. Place in 9x13 casserole dish.
  11. Add toppings.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot.
