Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs chicken drumsticks or wings
  • 1 cup bottled salsa
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • â…“ cup lime juice
  • â…“ cup soy sauce
  • â…“ cup water
  • 4 T fresh chopped ginger
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
Directions:
  1. Freezer directions:
  2. Whisk together all ingredients for sauce in a large bowl.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Put in large zip lock bag, and put it in freezer.
  5. When ready to use, thaw bag enough to be able to put in crock pot.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Gently scrape off skin and fat.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. If desired, add chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds on top.
