Ingredients:
  • 1 16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, chopped (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • 3 T water
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the hummus is completely smooth.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita chips.
