Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • ½ onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can of whole tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • serve over wide egg noodles
Directions:
  1. Melt butter in frying pan
  2. Coat stew meat in flour
  3. Brown just the outside of the stew meat in the frying pan (don't cook through)
  4. Put stew meat into large pot and add onion, garlic, tomatoes, water, bay leaf, paprika, and salt.
  5. Simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender
  6. Add 1 cup of sour cream at the end
  7. Serve over egg noodles
