Ingredients:
  • 3-4 heads romaine lettuce
  • coconut
  • chopped pineapple
  • colored chopped peppers
  • rotisserie chopped chicken
  • cinnamon sugar candied pecans (http://moonrecipes.com/index.php?search=Cinnamon+Sugar+Candied+Pecans)
  • mandarin oranges
  • Newman's own raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  • optional: macadamia nuts, won ton strips, kiwi, apples, etc.
Directions:
  1. Chop all ingredients, toss together and serve.
  2. Very fresh, healthy, colorful, and Hawaiian!
