Ingredients:
  • 1 12 oz package fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange (I cut off the outer skin to process with the orange eliminating the white pulpy stuff which I peel off and throw away
  • ¾ to 1 cup sugar
Directions:
  1. Wash and drain cranberries.
  2. Put cranberries and cut up orange in a food processor and pulse to a coarse texture.
  3. Add sugar and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
