Pot Roast of Beef Edit Tags: Crock Pot, Main Dishes
Ingredients:- 3-4 pound brisket, rump roast or pot roast
- 2-3 potatoes peeled and sliced
- 2-3 carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- ½ cup water or beef consomm
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot.

Salt and pepper meat, then place in pot.

Add liquid.

Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. (High 4-5)

Notes:
-
Meats are usually more tender if cooked on low.
