Ingredients:
  • 3 chicken breasts or 6 tenders (canned chicken works well too)
  • 1 large can white beans (i usually use big lima beans)
  • 1 small can kidney beans
  • 1 small can pinto beans
  • 16 oz mild salsa
  • 8 oz grated cheese
  • ½ tsp. cumin
Directions:
  1. Cook chicken in crockpot on high, for 5 hours. (you can put it in frozen)
  2. Shred chicken after it's done
  3. Add all ingredients, except cheese and let cook 1 hour.
  4. Add cheese before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. You can use which ever beans you want. Don't drain them, just dump them in.
  7. You can cook dry beans to replace canned beans.
  8. This is an a"ward" winning chili. (It really is. We've won prizes in several wards during chili cook-offs)
