Ingredients:
  • brussel sprouts cut in half
  • parsnips peeled and cut
  • carrots peeled and cut
  • 3 T olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
Directions:
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. spray large cookie sheet with pam.
  3. wash and chop all veggies.
  4. drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle seasonings.
  5. mix with hands or a spoon.
  6. bake 400 for 25 minutes.
