Ingredients:- 2 cups oats
- 2 c. flour
- 1.5 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1.5 c butter, melted
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 T flour
- 1 c. Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel

Directions:

Heat oven to 350.

Grease a 9x13.

Mix flour, oats, sugar, butter, baking soda, salt.

set aside 1 heaping c of mixture.

Spread remaining crumbs into lightly greased 9 by 13 in. pan.

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over baked mixture.

Mix 3 T flour and caramel and drizzle over chocolate chips and pecans.

Bake for another 15-20 min until golden brown.

Let them COMPLETELY COOL and Cut, at room temperature, into any size bars.

After cooling I cut them into smaller brownie-sized bars and put each in a cupcake liner to serve/save.

They freeze amazingly!
