Ingredients:
  • 2.5 c milk
  • greens- spinach, zucchini, cucumbers
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 6 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 big scoops almond butter or peanut butter
Directions:
  1. Add milk to blender, and add veggies.
  2. It tastes best with spinach.
  3. Add veggies until it is up to 5 c.
  4. Add bananas, protein powder, peanut butter.
  5. Blend, add ice until it gets up to 8 c total.
  6. Optional: add granola or cheerios to your individual serving.
